1. Our Paintings
Every painting sold by The Qala Gallery is an original handmade artwork. Each piece is one of a kind. We do not sell prints, reproductions, or mass-produced items.
2. Purchases
All purchases are made through direct WhatsApp or email enquiry. An order is confirmed only after both parties have agreed on the painting, price, and delivery details in writing via WhatsApp or email.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of shipping within India. Prices are subject to change without prior notice but any confirmed order will be honoured at the agreed price.
4. Payments
Payment is required in full before the painting is dispatched. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other mutually agreed payment methods. Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
5. Shipping
We ship across India free of charge. Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days. For full details please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns
Since every painting is a unique original handmade artwork we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your painting arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve it fairly.
7. Copyright
All artwork displayed on The Qala Gallery website and social media channels is the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Qala Gallery is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products beyond the value of the original purchase.
