Every painting purchased from The Qala Gallery is shipped free of charge to any location within India. No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

How We Pack Your Painting

Every painting leaves our studio packed with the same care that went into creating it.

Each piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and protective material, placed in a sturdy box, and sealed securely before handing it to our courier partner.

Fragile mixed media pieces — including mirror mosaic works and multi-tile installations — receive additional reinforced packaging to ensure they arrive exactly as they left.

We do not rush this process. A painting that took hours to create deserves to be packed like it matters. Because it does.

Delivery Timeline

Standard paintings and framed sets are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Custom commissioned pieces have their own timeline which will be communicated clearly before you confirm the commission. We will keep you updated at every step.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak festival seasons — Diwali, Navratri, and other major holidays — due to higher courier volumes across India.
